DAK, DAKS (DAK System) and DAK-TL2 (DAK-Thin Layer)

DAK는 넓은 주파수 대역(4MHz-67GHz)에서 유전특성(유전율, 도전율, Loss Tangent)을 측정하는 Probe 입니다. Vector Network Analyzer(VNA)와 연결하여 사용하며, 빠르고 정교하며, 비파괴 측정이 가능합니다. (액체, 고체 및 반고체 시료의 유전특성을 측정할 수 있습니다)

DAKS는 DAK Probe와 Reflectometer를 직접 연결하여 안정적이고 편리한 측정이 가능합니다. DAK-TL2를 이용하면 얇은 두께(0.1mm~10mm)의 고체 시료를 간편하게 측정할 수 있습니다.

최근 국제 규격의 동향에 따른 교정 서비스를 제공합니다. (ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation 획득)
